"It’s nice to be at a gym where you don’t see just one body type. You see people of all fitness levels."  

Albert has focused in the past on being bulkier and weight focused, but wanted to switch things up. His new goals were to work on being leaner and increasing stamina and endurance, not just looking good or maxing out.

Albert has found that Basecamp has been a perfect transition for him because he’s getting a full body workout that changes all the time. It’s a gym for people of all fitness levels and body types.
