There are two things you should know about Coach Antonio: he loves a good upper-body workout and he could eat steak and potatoes for every meal. He’s been coaching group fitness for seven years and was initially drawn to Basecamp Fitness because of the speed, customization, and efficiency of the workout.
Coach Emily started her career in fitness as a personal trainer. After a few years of training, she found Basecamp Fitness. The welcoming environment is what drew her in.
