The Win Your Year Referral Sweepstakes 126 Garrett St # J, Charlottesville, VA 22902 (“Sponsor”), and is open only to legal residents of the United States, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are active Basecamp Fitness members in good standing at a participating Basecamp Fitness studio at the time an entry is earned and through the date the prize is awarded (“Entrants”); employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Sponsor, Extraordinary Brands, participating Basecamp Fitness studios, franchisees, advertising or promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. local time on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. local time on November 21, 2026 (“Promotion Period”), provided that Sponsor may establish a separate deadline of November 21, 2026, for referral-trial purchases and a deadline of November 28, 2026, for qualifying class attendance and membership conversion. To participate through the referral method, an eligible Entrant must provide a prospective guest with the Entrant’s unique, Sponsor-issued referral link, and the prospective guest must access and complete the purchase process through that link; use of the designated referral link and accurate completion of the referral-identification field are the only methods by which Sponsor can track and attribute a referral, and referrals made verbally, manually, retroactively, through a studio walk-in, through another purchase path, or without the correct referral information will not qualify. A referred guest must be a unique natural person, be at least eighteen (18) years old, satisfy all eligibility requirements for the advertised 14-days-for-$28 paid trial, reside within 25 miles of the applicable participating studio or within a ZIP code designated by Sponsor as part of that studio’s local service area, provide complete and accurate contact, payment and ZIP-code information, maintain a valid credit card on file as required by the trial terms, purchase the qualifying trial during the applicable purchase period, and attend at least one eligible class at the applicable participating studio by the attendance deadline. Sponsor’s ZIP-code validation, transaction, attendance and membership records will determine eligibility, and Sponsor’s determination will be final, subject to applicable law. After a referred guest has satisfied all trial-purchase, geographic and class-attendance requirements, the referring Entrant will receive one (1) entry in the Promotion. If that same referred guest purchases an eligible recurring or prepaid Basecamp Fitness membership by November 28, 2026, the referring Entrant will receive five (5) additional entries; class packs, drop-in classes, complimentary memberships, extensions of an existing membership, promotional passes and any other nonqualifying products will not constitute an eligible membership conversion. Each qualifying referred guest may generate a maximum of six (6) entries for the referring Entrant—one (1) entry for qualifying class attendance and five (5) additional entries for a qualifying membership conversion—and, subject to legal approval of the alternate method of entry and any applicable entry limitation, an Entrant may refer multiple eligible guests. Each referred guest may be credited to only one Entrant, and if multiple individuals claim the same referred guest, the referral properly recorded first in Sponsor’s systems through the designated referral link will control. Self-referrals, fictitious referrals, duplicate accounts, coordinated or automated entries, manipulation of the referral process, inaccurate ZIP codes, use of another individual’s identity or payment information, or any other attempted fraud or circumvention of these Terms may result in disqualification of the referred guest, the Entrant and all associated entries. Qualifying purchases and memberships must remain valid and may not be canceled, refunded, disputed or charged back through the date of winner verification; Sponsor may remove entries associated with returned, refunded, canceled, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions. AMOE: To enter without making a purchase or completing a qualifying referral, an eligible Entrant may submit an Alternate Method of Entry through email to kdigangelo@extraordinarybrands.com during the Promotion Period. The submission must include the Entrant's name and contact information and a brief statement of no more than 250 words describing why the Entrant loves Basecamp Fitness. Each valid AMOE submission will receive six (6) entries, which is the maximum number of entries available through a single qualifying referral. Submitted statements may be used by Sponsor for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, subject to the Entrant's consent and applicable law.
On or before Friday, December 4, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received using the Wheel of Names platform or another Sponsor-approved random-selection method; each validated entry will be represented separately in the drawing, and the odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received through all permitted methods of entry. The potential winner will be announced through the @basecampfitness social-media account and contacted directly using the information associated with the winner’s Basecamp Fitness account by an authorized Extraordinary Brands or Sponsor representative; Sponsor will not require payment or sensitive financial information through social-media direct message as a condition of claiming the prize. The potential winner must respond within five business days, provide proof of identity and eligibility, and execute any affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, membership agreement or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond by the stated deadline, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize or fails to complete the required documentation, Sponsor may disqualify that person and randomly select an alternate potential winner. One (1) verified winner will receive twelve (12) consecutive months of a prepaid unlimited Basecamp Fitness membership at the winner’s participating home studio, with an approximate retail value ranging from $2,039.88 to $2,759.88, depending on the standard unlimited-membership price charged by the applicable studio (“Prize”). The Prize will begin immediately upon verification, and Sponsor and the applicable studio will determine how the Prize applies to an Entrant who is currently enrolled in a prepaid, annual, promotional, frozen or otherwise committed membership. The Prize is subject to the applicable participating studio’s prepaid-membership agreement, membership policies, class-reservation requirements, cancellation policies, liability waiver and other generally applicable terms, and the winner must execute the applicable membership agreement and maintain a valid credit card on file for charges or purchases not included in the Prize; any renewal or paid membership beginning after the twelve-month prize period will occur only as disclosed in and authorized under the winner’s signed membership agreement and applicable law. The Prize is not transferable, assignable, substitutable or redeemable for cash, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable, including because of a studio closure or other circumstance outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and all costs, fees, products or services not expressly included in the Prize, and Sponsor may require the winner to provide a completed Form W-9 and may issue any tax documentation required by law. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Extraordinary Brands and participating Basecamp Fitness studios to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, photograph and statements concerning the Promotion for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation. Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy; participation in the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing calls or text messages unless separate legally compliant consent is provided. By participating, each Entrant agrees to comply with these Terms, the decisions of Sponsor and all applicable federal, state and local laws, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Extraordinary Brands, participating Basecamp Fitness studios and franchisees, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Wheel of Names, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims, losses, damages or liabilities arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of the Prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected or unrecorded referrals; incorrect referral-field information; technical, network, website, payment-processing, application, attendance-tracking or communication failures; unauthorized human intervention; or other circumstances that prevent an entry from being properly recorded. Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify any person who tampers with the Promotion, violates these Terms or acts in a disruptive, fraudulent or unsportsmanlike manner, and to suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure or another event impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
