When you think you’re finally done, then there’s an ab workout! LOL, come to a session and you’ll see what I mean! I highly recommend using your Apple Watch to connect to their virtual community and point tracking system. I love the functional training on the floor and heart rate bump on the bike, it’s a great way to get a 500 calorie workout in 45 minutes while building muscle at the same time. The coaches and staff are so friendly and create such an inclusive atmosphere where anyone will feel like an elite athlete!

OUR COACHES

Our qualified coaches are seasoned pros. They meet you where you are and will push you in all the right ways.
Full-body workouts are Coach Jacqueline’s jam and she’s always up for the challenge, thanks to her secret weapon: coffee. Jacqueline has always had big dreams—from pursuing paleontology for a career to hoping to one day become a Radio City Rockette. While she still loves dinosaurs and tap dancing, Jacqueline found the perfect fit for her as a fitness professional and stuntwoman.

Jacqueline Rosenthal

Full-body workouts are Coach Jacqueline’s jam and she’s always up for the challenge, thanks to her secret weapon: coffee. Jacqueline has always had big dreams—from pursuing paleontology for a career to hoping to one day become a Radio City Rockette. Jayen believes that it's not about the number on the scales, it's about how you feel and how well you move! At the end of his class he promises to leave you feeling alive, strong, and confident.
