With over a decade in the fitness industry, Alicia is a true fitness fanatic who lives and breathes movement. Whether it’s hitting the basketball court, running marathons, crushing a Hyrox race, or grinding through an Ironman, she embraces the challenge of being a hybrid athlete. What truly fills her cup, though, is helping others crush their goals and knowing she played a part in their journey. While fitness is a huge part of her life, she balances it out with a deep love for pizza, great coffee, and chasing adventures around the globe.

With three kids, Coach Angeline believes exercise is one of the best ways to reclaim sanity, strength, and balance. She’s also a big believer in the power of endorphins and meditation. He's a professional boxer with 10+ years experience, passionate about human performance, movement, and helping people live active, healthy lives. Whether in the ring, training, hiking, running, or swimming, he’s always pushing to grow and evolve. Outside of fitness, he’s a die-hard Dodgers fan, and a serious foodie, especially when it comes to tacos! He believes in hard work, staying curious, and enjoying the journey along the way, with good company and even better food.
