When you think you’re finally done, then there’s an ab workout! LOL, come to a session and you’ll see what I mean! I highly recommend using your Apple Watch to connect to their virtual community and point tracking system. I love the functional training on the floor and heart rate bump on the bike, it’s a great way to get a 500 calorie workout in 45 minutes while building muscle at the same time. The coaches and staff are so friendly and create such an inclusive atmosphere where anyone will feel like an elite athlete!

She named her dog, Barry, after one of the greatest running backs of all time. Fun fact: She has four older sisters and 10 nieces and nephews!
