Coach Liz has lived in the Oviedo area and been an active member of the local fitness community for over 20 years. She is a certified personal trainer who specializes in health and fitness and nutritional needs in aging. She has experience in helping women learn to use strength and endurance conditioning to combat the negative effects of bone loss, chronic injuries and arthritis.
With a lifelong love for athletics, McKenna transitioned seamlessly from her Division I running career to coaching in the fitness industry. Now, she not only coaches but also continues to conquer races from the mile to the marathon! Passionate about helping everyone reach their fitness goals, McKenna has a special focus on empowering women at every stage of life.
Meet Monica Morales, the nursing student turned fitness guru, whose passion for health and wellness rivals their love for cheering on the sidelines. With a background in gymnastics, cheerleading, and lacrosse, they've flipped, tumbled, and sprinted their way into the world of personal training since 2022.
Passionate about health and wellness, Paige is a certified holistic health coach with a focus and specialty in women’s hormones. Find her at the studio throughout the day, always with a smile and ready to make your workout feel like a party!
With a love for coaching & helping bring out the best in others, Coach Samson grew up here in Oviedo & enjoys being able to serve the community through the fun medium of fitness. A former High School Football player & Competitive Weightlifter, he values quality coaching, mobility, and the collective Team energy of the people and world around us.
