When you think you’re finally done, then there’s an ab workout! LOL, come to a session and you’ll see what I mean! I highly recommend using your Apple Watch to connect to their virtual community and point tracking system. I love the functional training on the floor and heart rate bump on the bike, it’s a great way to get a 500 calorie workout in 45 minutes while building muscle at the same time. Our qualified coaches are seasoned pros. They meet you where you are and will push you in all the right ways.
Coach Brandon is always up for a good time—or a really tough Basecamp workout, particularly the Plyo 40/20 workout. What he loves most about Basecamp is the way everyone pushes each other to be better, from the coaches to the members. If he’s not leading a workout, he’s taking a workout. If he’s not taking a workout, then he’s probably eating sushi.

Brandon Martin
