Fitness has always been something I have enjoyed. I went from being a group fitness participant to a group fitness instructor. When I started a consistent routine at Basecamp in May 2022 the way my mind and body changed was something I knew I needed to share with others. Now as a Coach, I get to help my BC family make the same changes and more and it is my absolute favorite part!
Hi buddies! Even though I am young, I am no newbie when it comes to fitness. I have trained in a variety of sports throughout my high school career. Through those, I found a love and passion for strength training and weightlifting. I then decided to take it a step further and become a certified personal trainer through NCSF in November 2022. I learned even more through this program.
Fitness has always been in my life since I was young. I played volleyball through middle school and high school and still play now in a women’s league and a coed league! I joined Basecamp as a member in June 2023 and fell in love with the community and staff so much that I joined the staff as an ASM and now a coach!!
Don't let my age fool you, I am no newbie to the fitness world! Growing up I was a 3 sport athlete, enjoyed powerlifting competitions, ran 5k's with my friends, and was even an assistant Basketball coach! You could say l'm always down for a good time! As a certified NCSF trainer, I love seeing people grow not only physically but also mentally! I'm ready to transform your life with some solid beats, challenging you beyond your limits and pushing for that last rep! Let's do it BC fam!
Fitness has been a HUGE part of my life for almost 20 years now. From working the front desk, to managing locations, to owning a location.. From Personal Trainer to Coach.. I have seen a LOT! And I can say with full honesty there is no place I would rather be. I started as a PT in 2004 and haven’t looked back since. This is my passion, this is my LIFE!
Fitness has been part of my life since I started playing sports. I love the feeling of being able to get any progression. Whether it's an extra 5 pounds on the bar or an extra rep. I have also been coaching Football and wrestling for many years so I understand how to push people to get those results!
Since starting soccer at the age of 3, I have never not been active! Not only has fitness been an out for me, in more ways than one, but it has also become part of my daily routine. I NEED it. Since joining Basecamp in June 2022, I have a whole new love for group training. I fell in love with the gym, the concept AND the community/family it comes with. I knew I wanted to be part of this team.
